To be responsible for the timely throughput of Community step down beds (P2) in line with best practice guidance.
· Report and escalate any known likely delays to discharge to CERT Team manager and Clinical Nurse Manager.
· To manage, coordinate and minimise the usage of any external provision.
· To contribute to the leadership, service redesign, change and operational management of specified emergency care services.
