Your responsibilities as a Business Development Manager: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services. Develop and implement commercial strategies, identifying new opportunities for business growth. Identify and engage with new customers while building relationships with key decision-makers. Grow and manage a network of regional sales consultants and agencies. Prepare customer quotations, lead pitches, and drive contract negotiations. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows. Your current experience which will help you as a Business Development Manager: Proven ability to identify and win new business opportunities, closing high-value contracts. Experience in contract negotiation and presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex engineering solutions to non-engineers. Proficiency in CRM systems, sales funnel reporting tools, and creating professional sales materials. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work across international markets.
