Project Administrator – Construction Company (MOD Framework)

Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30 minutes lunch break)
Work from Home: Flexibility to work 1-2 days per week from home

Our client are a key player in the construction industry, particularly within the MOD framework. As part of our ongoing projects, we are seeking a motivated and adaptable Project Administrator to support our programme function.
The Role: As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Defence contract. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including managing inboxes, arranging meetings and events, and supporting the senior management team. This role requires a proactive individual who can prioritise conflicting demands and work independently after training.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing inboxes, creating meeting invites, and responding to emails.
Arranging meetings, conferences, and lunches.
Booking travel for events.
Preparing slide decks and presentations.
Chasing project actions, primarily from the senior management team.
Supporting the marketing lead with administrative tasks.
Taking minutes during meetings.
Ordering PPE and stationery supplies.
Ideal Candidate:
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experienced in working with senior managers.
Capable of prioritising conflicting demands.
Able to work with minimal supervision once trained.
A driver’s licence and access to a car would be ideal (though not essential), as some travel between sites is required (petrol expenses reimbursed).
BPSS clearance is required to start work.
