Location: Hybrid - WFH with travel to UK sites, Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, England
Duration: Initial 6 Months
Under The Planning Manager as Line Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Planner on the project and be in charge of detailing the offshore outfitting program for a platform that will eventually be loaded out onto a barge and installed offshore.
You will work remotely in the main with occasional travel to site being required. The program you will help develop will be compiled in P6, and once it is compiled, weekly updates will be undertaken to monitor progress. Earned Value Management and Critical Path analysis will also be a key part of your role. Production of a weekly report once the baseline program is in place will also be a requirement. The initial contract is for 6 months with the likelihood that this will roll on. Working pattern is generally 37 hours, 7.4 hours per day.
Minimum Requirements:
1. P6 Experience: 10 years plus
2. Earned Value Management Experience: 5 years plus
3. Construction Experience: 10 years plus (desirable experience on offshore platforms)
4. Site Based Experience: 10 years plus
5. Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer Experience: 10 years plus
