What will I be doing?
You’ll develop new customer relationships using the sales techniques gained from our in-house training programme and on-the-job coaching to successfully deliver against specific, measurable targets.
What are my responsibilities?
* Identify and liaise with key stakeholders in new & existing accounts, by telephone, email, and LinkedIn, to create sales opportunities for our Senior Account Managers.
* Prospect new customers whilst maintaining and growing our existing customer relationships to create sales opportunities.
* Maintain all relevant sales management information & report on sales activity using Salesforce.
* Understand QA’s unique selling points and use this to win more business.
* Deliver high levels of customer service.
* Constantly develop an understanding of your product offering and sales techniques.
What experience/qualifications do I need?
* Perfect opportunity for an individual looking for their first sales role. Previous experience in customer service roles would be advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office at beginner level.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines where high levels of accuracy are required.
* Some experience of delivering against performance objectives.
