Position Overview
Responsible for ensuring that CRH Europe’s centrally managed SAP strategic templates effectively meet the requirements of the businesses utilising them. This includes stakeholder management, governance, communication, service management, demand management, capacity planning, budgeting, and end-user awareness & knowledge management.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be:
* Leading engagement with businesses using the SAP strategic templates, including leadership, business process owners/experts, IT managers & key users.
* Ensuring that business requirements are understood, prioritised, and addressed in a satisfactory and timely manner.
* Overseeing governance operating models/processes for the strategic SAP templates, including Steering Committees and business process ownership.
* Managing service and demand processes, promoting timely and efficient resolution of service requests and prioritisation of demands.
* Owning the capacity planning process to evaluate current/future resourcing against workload demands.
* Managing departmental finances for the Strategic Enterprise Solutions team, including budget creation, forecasting, approvals, and business recharging.
* Driving user adoption through end-user training and knowledge management services.

Experience / Education
You are/have:
* Degree/Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Multiple years of experience working with SAP.
* Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
* Experience working internationally with different countries/cultures.
