We are looking for a Care Support Worker to join our team to support a client based in Burnley.
This is a Part Time position offering 18 hours per week. The hourly rate is £12.50 per hour after training is completed (training is provided during our recruitment process).
Support hours are 8pm until midnight – Monday, Wednesday & Friday. 6 hours to be worked flexibly across the week.
Main duties of the job
The role is to support our client with social & domestic care, personal care & nutritional care. Maintaining relationships with friends & family and supporting our client to access the community.

Job responsibilities
Your responsibilities as our Care Support Worker will include: Assisting and supporting vulnerable clients to enable them to live the life they choose (where possible) to promote their independence. Your role will include companionship, supporting with housework, running errands, and supporting with preparing and cooking meals. Administering medication may be required.
Skills and Experience required of our Care Support Worker: You are required to have good communication skills and have a desire to care for others. Previous experience would be beneficial.
