Job summary
Suffolk GP Federation are looking to welcome a clinical services manager to join Unity Healthcare GP practice in Haverhill for a permanent, full-time position that will involve regular travel across Suffolk.
This position will lead the clinical teams, ensuring high quality patient care, implementing and leading change and quality initiatives and ensuring performance against key clinical targets. The role has come about following a review of the practices management structure after the successful launch of the Unity Healthcare hub model, which is a transformative approach designed to enhance patient care and staff well-being.
