Marketing Manager to lead the strategy in a great range of branded chilled foods. Huge autonomy and a close working team across sales and category management.
This Marketing Manager will provide strength of leadership and develop the strategic direction of the brand portfolio whilst driving sustainable and profitable growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing this is a unique proposition as the business actually own the top three brands within this chilled category and as the brand guardian the Marketing Manager will deliver the three-year growth plans.
The business is a UK market leader in multi-category brands and own label products into all major grocery retail. As part of global group, the reporting line has international remit and at peer level they have a well-established sales and category team, and the role of Marketing Manager will essentially drive all activity within the brand portfolio.
To be successful in the role:
1. You will have extensive experience in marketing and brand management
2. You will have current and demonstrable experience in Food/FMCG brands and grocery retail
3. You must be a great communicator within both internal and external stakeholders
