A well known brand in the retail space is looking for a Change Manager to work across a range of projects across the group.
Through your previous experience as a Change Manager, you will demonstrate your ability to engage with stakeholders from across different areas of the business. This role will suit someonemercially minded who can see the big picture and will consider business drivers and the real benefits of true change management.
As the ideal candidate you will have delivered Change Management on a digital project and have a solid understanding of the retail and merchandising space.
You will also -
1. Have excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
2. Be passionate about developing a sustainable change management environment
3. Have strongmunication skills, both oral and written
4. Have experience of conducting change impact assessments
5. Be a self starter and be able to hit the ground running
A key element of your role will be engaging with and influencing stakeholders, you will be a driven and passionate Change Manager who is able to work autonomously.
