Job Title: Call Centre Agent
Location: Harlow
Salary: £23,400 plus performance-related bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday, shift patterns of 8am to 4pm or 10am to 6pm

Responsibilities:
* Process inbound calls and provide exceptional service
* Collect overdue debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure compliance with client criteria
* Identify any instances of vulnerability and take appropriate actions
* Liaise with other departments and field staff as necessary
* Conduct outbound calls
* Update system with accurate call notes and complete associated actions
* Handle account queries and verbal complaints, escalating complex cases to senior staff
* Follow established collections processes and procedures
* Assist with any duties as directed by a Team Leader or Manager
