Are you an experienced ILS engineer ready to take on an exciting challenge? Key Responsibilities
* Lead ILS activities across multiple systems, ensuring supportable designs and tailored support solutions.
* Collaborate with design teams to improve reliability, maintainability, and usability.
* Conduct lifecycle cost, repair level, and failure analyses.
* Develop support requirements, validate supportability cases, and assess human factors.
* Formulate obsolescence strategies and continuously improve processes.
* Contribute to technical manuals and hazard analysis.
Skills and Experience
* Degree or equivalent experience in engineering or military technical fields (electrical/mechanical)
* Expertise in Reliability and Maintainability (e.g., FMECAs, FRACAS) and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS disciplines)
* Experience with Operational Analysis, Whole Life Cost Modeling, and training design.
* Proficiency in modeling tools (e.g., PTC Windchill, Isograph) and strong communication skills.

* Driving License
* Eligible for Security Clearance (SC) and open to occasional travel.
