IFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey. We are seeking an Inside Sales Director for developing a strong sales culture through inbound, outbound touchpoints supporting sales experience from the sites across Germany-UK-France-Spain-Benelux.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
* Structure an efficient sales team in the different countries taking into account the cultural aspects.
* Develop a sales spirit through the different touchpoints (email, calls, chat, virtual showroom, etc.).
* Ensure the perfect administration of the sales from end to end.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analyze and propose a team architecture.
* Develop strong training plans and sales scripts for hardware, service, subscriptions, reviews in different languages.
* Build commission structure giving a powerful will to achieve the sales goal while respecting the financial goals.
* Build efficient tracking reports by agent, country, type of touchpoints, etc.
* Develop the voice of customer feedback.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
* English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* 5+ years of experience in Sales in a call center with an international background.
* Technical skills: team management, training and sales mindset, Salesforce, contact tools, BI tools.
* Expertise in call center and how to close a sale.
* Ability to identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend improvements to maximize conversions online and offline.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple priorities across various departments (Sales, Marketing, UX/UI).
* Strong ability to collaborate with product, marketing, and UX/UI teams to align strategies and optimize the online and offline customer experience.
* Passion for fitness: A strong interest in fitness, wellness, or sports is a plus.
