With in a fast paste environment If so, we want to hear from you, This role is part of my client's Buying team, this is a fast-paced environment where accuracy will be pivotal to the smooth running of the buying department. Main responsibilities Create New Products within their in-house system Chase Outstanding Purchase orders with supplies Monitor Supplier Service level (lead time of stock ,cancellations, shortages) Provide Holiday cover for the Buying Department, Working with Suppliers to obtain up to date product information and workable images. Arrange collections from the supplies The Person Experience of working within a busy administration role. Strong IT skills and sound experience in Microsoft packages. Enthusiastic and hungry to learn. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Able to work under pressure Strong attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
