About the Role and Main Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, you will passionately present and sell a range of diamonds, jewellery, and timepieces. Your goal is to create memorable experiences for customers, helping them find the perfect piece for life's special moments. You will develop a deep understanding of our products, fostering trust and appreciation among clients. The role involves purchasing gold and other precious items over the counter; prior knowledge is advantageous but full training will be provided.
This dynamic role requires dedication, attention to detail, and a commitment to learning. You will take ownership of your performance and contribute to the team’s success.
The Ideal Candidate:
We seek a candidate passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a warm, approachable, and professional demeanor. Valuing teamwork, integrity, and outstanding service, you should have strong communication skills and enthusiasm for helping customers find meaningful pieces. Experience in visual merchandising is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided. Most importantly, you should have an eye for detail, a genuine appreciation for quality, and a desire to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary.
