SHEQ Office Manager
My client is a leading engineering company, requires a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Manager with responsibilities for HR and Office Management.
The Package
· Salary up to £57k dependant on experience
· Working hours: 35 hours Monday - Friday
· Pension scheme
· 26 days holiday addition of Bank Holidays
The Candidate must have
* Minimum of NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent and relevant membership of IOSH
* Ability to demonstrate specialist skills, knowledge and experience in current Health & Safety topics including Workplace Health & Safety, Building and Fire Safety and Occupational Health
* Able to develop and present written and verbal information in a clear and concise manner, and to communicate effectively with employees at all levels from front-line staff to senior managers
* Experience of working with others to improve organisational safety culture
* Proven experience of the practical application of legislation in the workplace
* Experience of leading training and workshops
