Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Qualified social worker Adults/Hospital Team based in Bromley.
What will your responsibilities be?
We require an experienced Social Worker to work on-site 5 days a week in the emergency department. Candidates must have hospital discharge experience. The role involves facilitating safe returns home for vulnerable adults, completing assessments under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, and arranging care support. You will work within a multidisciplinary framework, supporting younger adults with physical disabilities and older people, ensuring risks are managed appropriately.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
