Job Type: Scheduling Co-ordinator Location: HR5 Hours- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 1 in 3 Saturday mornings with overtime paid Starting salary £28,000 My Hereford based client is looking for a highly organised scheduler to support their operational team with the daily running of the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the transport team by coordinating schedules and track reporting. This is a full-time opportunity on a temporary to permanent basis. Open to experience, but excellent communication skills and enjoying working in a busy, reactive environment is a must. Day to Day of the Role: Scheduling in jobs and updating the drivers Attending daily meetings for operations Schedule and confirm appointments, sending follow up emails Delivering excellent customer service Required Skills & Qualifications: Customer service/ scheduling experience Experience within a reactive environment Excellent communication skills Good problem solving skills Proficient in MS Office The ability to adapt and multi task Due to the location you must have access to a vehicle To be considered apply now
