A look into the role
As a Business Support Specialist within the Business Support Team, you will:
1. Provide efficient and reliable administration support to the firm, which includes:
1. Arranging internal and external meetings.
2. Booking travel.
3. Responsible for sending and retrieving files from Archive.
4. Creating, amending, and formatting Word and PowerPoint documents and ensuring they are brand compliant.
5. Processing DocuSign requests.
6. Raising client invoices.
Adheres to Firm's risk management policies and maintains the strictest adherence to client and employee confidentiality. Acts with integrity and in line with our organisational values.
As a Business Support Specialist, you will support the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of our offices by:
1. Providing office cover, as and when required.
2. Dealing with incoming / outgoing post and arranging couriers.
3. Ordering stationery.
4. Ensuring printers and kitchens are replenished.
5. Raising and escalating any Facilities issues.
The minimum criteria you'll need is IT Literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'll help you develop along the way:
1. Can-do attitude.
2. Some previous office experience.
3. Good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
4. Embraces and understands the need for change.
5. Strives to understand the bigger picture and the changing needs of the business.
6. Has the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, able to adapt communication style as required.
