Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate CNC machines
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Select tools, materials, and machine settings for optimal performance.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and precision.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
* Maintain a safe and organised work environment.
Salary & Benefits
* Pay based on experience:
* Machine Operator: £12.60 – £14 per hour
* Machinist: £14 – £17 per hour
* Senior Machinist: £17 – £19.50 per hour
* Hours: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts, 30-minute lunch break)
* Holidays: 30 days (including bank holidays)
* Pension: 5% employer contribution
* Overtime available on Fridays
