Role: They are seeking an Experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their clinic as their Assistant Head RVN.
If you are a Clinical Coach with 2 years + experience in a Senior position and would like a flexible work-life balance then this could be an ideal role for you. They are looking for someone with the ability to prioritise tasks, project manage and support a diverse and dynamic team whilst providing excellent nursing care and consulting expertise.
As a training practice, they support the development of skills and personal growth and would like a like-minded member of the team to directly assist their Head Nurse.
Duties:
1. Be part of a dynamic and friendly team
2. Use your Schedule 3 skills daily
3. Be involved in clinical decision-making
4. Nurses a variety of procedures and surgeries in first-opinion practice
5. Participate in the development of nursing team/practice
6. Promote animal care and welfare through gold-standard nurse consultations

Hours : This position is based on 24 hours/week (Monday to Friday) as required. Flexibility to cover the Head Nurse annual leave is essential.
OOHs : They provide inpatient care 24/7 but NO out-of-hours will be required
Salary : They are offering a competitive Salary Dependent on Experience £30,000 + (pro-rata)
