This position calls for an exceptional EA who will provide high-level administrative support to the CFO / COO within a fast paced environment. This role will also involve some HR duties so any previous HR experience would be desirable.

Description
The key responsibilities:
Provide executive assistance to the CFO/COO
Coordinate project activities across various departments
Prepare presentations for board meetings.
Maintain and manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
Take minutes in meetings and follow up on meetings.
Assist with various projects across the organisation
Coordinate internal communication and manage information flow
Plan and coordinate company events
Handle confidential documents and act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.
Handle HR tasks such as employment contracts, recruitment & onboarding new starters. Profile
A successful EA / HR Coordinator should have:
Solid experience of working as an EA to C-Suite level
A solid understanding of HR practices and principles.
Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
CIPD qualification would be desirable
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
