As part of the growing UK ADM Centre of Excellence (COE), you will be responsible for architecting high-performing, next-generation Managed Service solutions underpinned by the latest technologies including Cloud, Automation, GenAI, etc., as well as the latest Agile, DevOps, and Product-centric Ways of Working.
Your responsibility could be across the UK Public and Private or Financial Services sectors, and will support our Sales community by designing dynamic, market-leading, business-led solutions covering Transitions, Service Delivery, Development, and Transformation and associated financial models, to enable growth with new logo clients as well as our existing client base.
You will represent Capgemini’s market-leading Managed Services presence and will build relationships with clients and our IT Services partners, promoting the Capgemini brand and broader Capgemini offers in this space using our market-leading offers including ADMnext.
Working closely with Industry Sales & Delivery Unit teams, you will be responsible for creating and driving differentiated solutions that are price-competitive and risk mitigated, in line with the UK business unit’s strategy for growth. You will be familiar with the various aspects of a Managed Service solution, including innovation, transformation, commercial, risk, contractual, resource estimation, staff transfer, and transition. Your focus will be on procuring larger deals (those over £20m) involving designing the support and development model for multiple technologies (including Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, legacy systems, and COTS packages). You will be familiar with the latest trends in the market including Vendor Consolidation, Global Delivery Centre Optimisation, Agile, DevOps, Automation, Product-centric Delivery, SIAM, etc. In addition, you will help the wider team at developing strategies to increase our revenue, introduce new logos, and expand our pipeline of deals.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Security Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
