Role Description
This is a full-time on-site / hybrid role based in Glasgow City Centre for an experienced ambitious & creative Social Media Creative.

You will be responsible for social media optimisation across key client accounts, using your skillset to develop and implement social media campaigns, create content, and engage with communities across various social media platforms with a focus on Instagram & TikTok.
You will work closely with both our in-house team, and network of creatives to develop compelling social media content and grow our clients' social media presence.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute creative social media strategies that align with our clients' marketing goals and objectives
* Attend Content Shoots to work alongside photographer
* Capture & edit video content for Instagram Reels & TikTok
* Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring that all content & copy is timely, relevant, and engaging
* Work with the creative team to develop compelling social media content that resonates with our clients' target audience
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, making recommendations to clients and the team as appropriate
* Engage with our clients' social media communities, responding to comments and messages, and building relationships with followers
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing high performing social media content across various platforms
* Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Experience working with clients or in an agency setting is preferred but not essential
