What You’ll Do
1. Compile & own your strategy Plan, bringing together multiple plans and dependencies across a range of teams (sprint, scrum, test, integrate, release, and more) into one overarching perspective and plan.
2. Manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), governing milestones, and ensuring adherence in line with your strategy.
3. Embed lean governance operating models, valuing ownership, responsiveness, predictability, and transparent delivery over pre-prepared project reporting.
4. Manage the project finances and supplier commercials, including internal Capex/Opex.
5. Set and adjust budget forecasts for the project, based on business dynamics and historical trends of delivery.
6. Establish a heartbeat of reviews and reporting to the Digital Portfolio Manager.
7. Manage communication with business stakeholders to maintain transparency and trust throughout the project delivery (on Time, Cost, Scope, and Quality).
Who You Are
1. Professional Qualification or significant equivalent experience
2. Understanding of the functional and organisation-wide strategy
3. Technical change/transformation experience
4. Experience of managing cross-cultural teams
5. Leadership – ability to manage, motivate & develop a direct team and in a matrix environment
