OTE £50,000 potential, £41,000 typical.
Basic Salary: £27,415 to £33,130, dependant on CeMAP qualification.

Role Summary
You’ll be target driven and enjoy operating in a fast-paced environment, all the while making sure the customers best interests
are at the heart of what you do. This is a challenging, rewarding role where you’ll be supported in developing your skills and
performance.
Responsibilities include
* Management of leads via multi channels
* Deliver excellent customer service through an evaluation of our customer needs and circumstances offering a recommendation best
suited to them
* Observe regulatory and ethical standards in line with SMCR
* Demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures
* Hit agreed service levels and targets, striving to overachieve
* Work in accordance with the regulatory requirements as applied by the Company’s responsible lending and underwriting policies.
Essential Criteria
* Full CeMAP qualification or part qualification, minimum CeMAP 1 (training packages provided).
* A minimum of 12 months experience in an advised sales role.
* Proven track record of hitting key objectives in a fast paced environment.
* Ability to work onsite in our Manchester City Centre Offices at least 3 days per week*.
