As a Data Analyst, you’ll be integral to our marketing strategy, using data to: Analyse customer behaviour and dining trends to enhance engagement and loyalty. Track marketing campaign performance and deliver actionable recommendations. Develop predictive models to uncover key growth opportunities. Generate insights and reports to support data-driven decisions across our marketing and creative teams. Create automated dashboards to monitor critical metrics such as bookings, customer lifetime value, and retention. What we’re looking for Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis. A passion for customer insights, segmentation, and trend analysis. Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
