We have a new full time opportunity based in Haverhill, Suffolk for an admin / customer service assistant. Our client is a family run business and they have recently moved into brand new premises. You will be required to make outbound calls to keep in contact with existing clients.
Previous experience on a CV is preferred however a willingness to learn is essential.
£12.00 per hour PAYE.

This is a Monday to Friday position working from 9am until 5pm however at times some flexibility will be required.
Duties include
Data Entry and word processing.
Answering inbound calls.
Managing some of the existing clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
Recording new business and ensuring it is allocated to the right team.
Managing a database of clients and making outbound calls.
Communication by phone and email.
