One of London’s most-awarded integrated agencies is looking for a can-do, client-facing Social Media Manager with extensive B2C experience.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who has worked in a fast-moving social media management role on the agency or client-side to join a rapidly growing team.
In this hybrid role you are welcome to work from the agency’s offices in London or the West Midlands with occasional visits to the client’s HQ in Manchester.

This celebrated agency has a rare opening for a Social Media Manager on one of its flagship accounts.
The team has already produced some mouthwatering integrated creative – and record-breaking results – for this household name.
Now they need a smart, experienced SMM to deploy the brand’s new social strategy by overseeing the development, publishing, monitoring, community management and reporting of owned and earned output.
This applies to the core channels of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X, plus secondary platforms like Pinterest, Reddit and Snapchat, as well as influencer campaigns.
The role will involve the delivery of reactive ‘newsroom’ style content, alongside longer development cycles for planned cultural moments, campaigns and ‘always on’ output.
As part of an ambitious, friendly team you will work to ensure that social media is always a strong part of the mix and delivered to best practice standards.

• At least 5-8 years’ experience within a social media role either client or agency side
• Fully versed in Facebook, X, Insta and YouTube using organic and paid strategies and a good understanding of Snapchat, Reddit and Pinterest
• Full understanding of how social media is analysed and reported upon
• Experience with Sprinklr
• Thorough understanding of influencer marketing
• Confident presenter and autonomous worker
• Understanding and knowledge of community management
• Deadline savvy
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for the written word
• Experience in FMCG or retail preferred but not essential
• Driving licence preferred
Work from home policy
Three fixed days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and two from home. You can be based either in the agency’s London or West Midlands offices, with the occasional visit to the client’s HQ in Manchester.
