CMA are pleased to be working on an exclusive basis with a business who are industry leading in their field. The Accounts Assistant role will offer ample variety and will work alongside the Finance Manager to take on all transactional duties. This role is offered on a part-time basis of 15 hours per week and is likely to be needed for 6 months.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
* Purchase ledger, including coding and processing invoices.
* Sales ledger, raising sales invoices and allocating payments.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Assisting with payroll preparations.
* Adhoc duties as required by the Finance Manager.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
* Immediately available.
* Happy to travel to the office in Gosport daily.
* Experience of Access Accounts would be advantageous but not essential.
