We have an exciting opportunity for a Buying Assistant to provide administrative support to our global Buying team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
In this role you will be responsible for raising, tracking and expediting all new purchase orders. You will also be logging receipt of, sorting, distributing and recording all product samples that come into the department and throughout our design studios and compliance teams.
Every day you will liaise with external suppliers and organisations. You will also create strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders across the business, from our Design Studios to our Sustainability and Product Compliance teams.
You will take pride in organising, maintaining and making sure all information is accurate, up to date and accessible to the global buying team.
This is a varied role and no two days will be the same!
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in an administrative or supporting role, within a buying, purchasing or sourcing function. You have experience in interpreting & reporting on data as well as strong administrative, organisation & prioritisation skills. You are confident using and manipulating spreadsheets and work under pressure, and enjoy being part of a team.
