Working Hours: Monday-Friday on a rota basis, hours between 8am-8pm (37.5 Hours)
Salary: £24,000 p/a
Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Jeopardy Coordinator to join the business. This position will be based in our Head Office in Knowsley, Liverpool, working 40 hours between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday.
As a Jeopardy Coordinator, you will be responsible for ‘on the day’ allocation and Jeopardy management of work for all service delivery products and pro-actively managing the outbound workflow.
Responsibilities of the role:
1. Allocation of work to field teams
2. Allocate and jeopardy manage the work stack to help deliver efficiencies in the operation and maximise the bottom-line contribution
3. Deliver inbound and outbound call metrics and maintain service level agreements
4. Prioritise on the day work stack and allocate effectively to deliver client metrics
5. Operate a duty of Care function for field personnel
6. Dealing with requests via inbound calls within a timely manner and observing daily KPIs
7. Monitoring all upholding queues and identifying potential conversions
What are we looking for:
1. Experience of working within a similar role.
2. Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
3. Customer service experience – dealing with engineers is preferred but not essential.
4. Good level of IT skills with experience working on Microsoft 365.
