Ward F5 are delighted to offer the opportunity for registered nurses with 6 months post registration experience in an acute setting to apply for this exciting staff nurse role working on the specialised Regional Head and Neck Ward.
The ward accepts both routine and emergency admissions, through their 28 beds and acute head and neck assessment unit. The patients that are cared for within this clinical area include trauma and it is a major regional centre for patients requiring complex and innovative surgery for Head and Neck cancers. Working on F5 you will provide a high standard of care for patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for your patients. You will develop the skills to care for patients with tracheostomies and laryngectomies. You will also work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide the best care possible to our patients.
You will have 6 months post registration experience in an acute hospital setting and be able to cover a full range of shifts including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
