Role Overview:
As a Corporate Tax Senior / Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in providing high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and large corporations. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Managing corporate tax compliance for a diverse client portfolio
Supporting tax advisory projects, including restructuring, tax planning, and R&D claims
Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing guidance
Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients and handling tax queries
Keeping up to date with tax legislation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Working closely with other departments to provide a seamless client service
Assisting with business development and identifying opportunities to enhance client offerings
Key Requirements:
ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification (or equivalent) or be working towards it
Strong experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory work
A good understanding of UK tax legislation and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
