Contract Support - Facilities Management\n\n🔑 Key Responsibilities\n\nQuality & Workplace Experience\n\nMaintain and update QHSE documentation through internal systems.\n\nOversee CAFM systems for PPMs, reactive works, and reporting.\n\nMonitor subcontractor performance and provide feedback.\n\nPerform regular office inspections to ensure workplace excellence.\n\nSupport professional standards in VIP lounges, meeting areas, and shared spaces.\n\nFoster a connected, engaged, and positive workplace culture.\n\nSite Operations\n\nPromote team culture and track training/attendance.\n\nManage timesheets, expenses, and employee record updates.\n\nAssist with onboarding and Helpdesk operations.\n\nOwn the condition and setup of office floors and communal areas.\n\nCollaborate with IT, cleaning, and maintenance teams.\n\nManage stock levels and report any H&S concerns.\n\nCoordinate event logistics and enforce workspace policies.\n\nAdministration\n\nKeep trackers and internal reports up to date.\n\nPrepare monthly reporting data and attend review meetings.\n\nOrganise service call-outs, material deliveries, and extra works.\n\nEnsure processes follow policies and preferred supplier usage.\n\nHandle supplier invoices, purchase orders, and system updates.\n\nFinance\n\nManage accurate contract financial records\n\nLead EW, MA & PR billing\n\nProcess and review invoices\n\nMonitor financial reports and metrics\n\nSupport weekly finance meetings and commercial tracking\n\n👤 What You Bring\n\nProven experience in Contract Support or Facilities Finance.\n\nStrong customer service and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent organisation and time management.\n\nConfident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).\n\nStrong communication skills at all levels.\n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
