Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Systems Manager to join our technical team at Linton site.
The successful candidate will be focussed on developing and maintaining our site Quality Management System to ensure compliance to customer Codes of Practice and that all required standards and legislative requirements are met. You will be the main point of contact for internal and external audit schedules and corrective action systems, as well as deputising for the Technical Manager.
Key accountabilities will include but not be limited to supporting and utilising the Pilgrims Europe supplier assurance and raw material risk assessment and approval systems and ensuring compliance of new processes and products within the HACCP system. The successful candidate will ensure they have a thorough understanding of Pilgrims Europe computer systems (e.g. SAP, Arolink) and how they could best be utilised by the technical function, as well as always focussing on the continuous improvement of these processes. You will liaise with customers for any issues relating to technical services and will participate in the investigation and documentation of responses to non-conformities raised via customer complaints and Second or Third Party audits.
