Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to:
1. Participate in four distinct rotations across RBS International in Jersey
2. Learn from industry experts and immediately apply your learnings
3. Build a truly holistic view of RBS International
4. Explore cutting edge tools and technology to tackle financial crime and fraud
5. Implement new digital tools and processes to improve our customer journeys
6. Gain unique experience through rotating in our Institutional Banking business
7. Discover how global regulations impact the work we do
What’s in it for you?

At the end of the programme, you’ll be well positioned to secure a job in project management, relationship and portfolio management, solution design, digital journey management and product development.
Entry requirements
To be eligible for our RBS International graduate programme, you’ll need:
1. To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:2 in your degree
2. A growth mindset and passion for learning
3. To enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team

5. To be a keen problem solver
