As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly and clients stay delighted. You’ll work closely with our Client Engagement Directors, as well as our Development and Insight teams, to deliver high-impact changes in days, not months.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
* Managing client relationships – Acting as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
* Overseeing project milestones – Keeping projects on track by managing timelines, dependencies, and internal planning.
* Aligning teams & resources – Working closely with developers, analysts, and strategists to ensure smooth project execution.
* Coordinating planning with clients – Leading conversations around priorities, expectations, and deliverables.
* Ensuring internal & external project visibility – Keeping teams aligned with clear reporting and documentation.
* Managing QA & knowledge sharing – Ensuring lessons are learned and shared across the team.
* Helping refine our processes – Improving efficiency and ensuring best-in-class project delivery.
About You
We’re looking for organised, proactive problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills
Strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, project management experience, and the ability to travel for client meetings when required.
Desirable Skills (Nice to have, but not essential!)
Familiarity with UX, analytics, CRO, SEO, or digital marketing; experience with agile workflows; background in event management or operations.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
