We have a rare opportunity to join the Bursarial Office for a part-time administrator (15 to 16 hours per week) to assist the Director of HR with the onboarding of new starters and leavers, supporting the recruitment process, and assisting the HR Assistant with administrative tasks.
Trinity Hall has over 175 employees and 80 Fellows. The HR Team (currently 2 of us) is looking after demands from both Operational Staff and Employed Academic Staff. We also work closely with other departments to support their staffing demands and employment matters.
We are looking for a candidate with:

This is for a minimum of 2 days a week on-site - Thursdays and Fridays from 08:30 - the rest we can be flexible whilst attending to the needs of operations (e.g., interviews, meetings, and HR support).
Duties
This is a varied post with duties to include:
* Assisting in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates including onboarding and leavers.
* Maintaining employee records and ensuring all data is accurately entered into our HR systems.
* Providing administrative support for various HR functions, including onboarding new employees and managing documentation.
Interviews and appointments may proceed before the closing date should some applicants prove to fulfil job criteria.
