Teaching Personnel, in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school in Winchester, is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Practitioner to join their vibrant and inclusive community. This role is integral to supporting students’ academic, social, and personal development, ensuring every learner thrives in their education.
The Role:
As a Learning Support Practitioner, you will:
1. Work closely with students who require additional help to access the curriculum.
2. Provide tailored support to pupils with varying needs, including those with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
3. Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt and deliver engaging learning experiences.
4. Promote a nurturing and inclusive environment, fostering self-esteem and independence in students.
5. Assist with classroom management and administrative tasks to support teachers.
