Trusted for customer service excellence, you’ll support the team managing a shared portfolio, dealing with the full rental process from inventory, check-ins, and check-outs.
Dealing with property administration, handling problems during the tenancy, and managing repairs. You’ll also conduct quarterly inspections and liaise with landlords and tenants on actions required.
A people person and Property Manager who can build strong relationships with landlords, reporting on maintenance, compliance, recommending upgrades, handling accounts, and organizing work.
With a portfolio in and around Cambridge, you’ll need local knowledge of the area.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service, property management, and prior experience in a similar Property Manager role for at least 18 months to be considered.
