Our luxury care home offers a warm and welcoming environment for up to 67 residents, providing Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care. We are looking for a compassionate and driven Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team, someone who thrives on delivering the highest standards of care and creating a nurturing environment for our residents.

What You’ll Do:
* Lead Clinical Care: Oversee and drive the clinical care for our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care, tailored to meet their individual needs.
* Enhance Resident Experience: Create an environment where residents and their families feel safe, supported, and well-cared for at every stage of care.
* Dynamic Role: Enjoy varied daily interactions with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the wider community, where your skills and passion can truly shine.
* Support & Training: Lead and develop your team, offering ongoing training to help them reach their full potential and deliver the best care possible.
* Step In as Needed: Confidently take the reins in the absence of the Home Manager, demonstrating leadership and adaptability in a supportive and hands-on role.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Nurse: RGN or RMN qualified with strong clinical expertise.
* Experience with the Elderly: Prior experience working with elderly residents is highly valued and will help you build deeper connections with our residents.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, creating a culture of support, trust, and high standards.
* Supportive Approach: A passion for coaching and developing your team through continuous training, creating an environment of ongoing growth.
* Adaptable Leader: Confidence in stepping up when needed, showing flexibility and a solution-focused approach.
