Role Overview: As the Registered Residential Home Manager, you will lead the effective management of a residential home, specializing in meeting the unique needs of young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the home.
2. Plan and deliver quality support to young people.
3. Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders.
4. Develop and manage a team of staff.
5. Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations.

Requirements:
1. Experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's home.
2. Two years' recent experience in children's residential care.
3. Proficiency in therapeutic strategies for young people.
4. Knowledge of Looked After Children (LAC) procedures.
5. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
6. Full manual driver's licence.
