The Creative Strategist role is centered around social media content creation, creative campaigns, and engagement optimization. The primary responsibilities include developing and pitching innovative creative ideas, working on social-first content, and crafting compelling narratives for The client's social channels, with a particular emphasis on video content and staying ahead of social trends.
While video creation is a key aspect of the role, the position is not exclusively for video creators. Instead, it is tailored for Creative Strategists who are adept at developing content strategies, executing creative campaigns, and optimizing content for channel growth, rather than being limited to a focus solely on video production.
Must haves Experience Required:
* Creative Strategy: Ability to pitch, plan, and execute compelling social-first content that aligns with brand and company goals.
* Storytelling: Mastery of crafting narratives that engage and resonate with audiences across different social media platforms.
* Content Ideation: Proactive in developing new content ideas that are innovative, on-trend, and have the potential for viral engagement.
* Social Media Content Creation: Hands-on experience producing high-quality content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Threads.
* Social Video Expertise: Experience in creating Reels, Stories, and carousels; demonstrating mastery in social video storytelling.
