Finance provides high quality financial information, advice and support to members of the University in planning, controlling and monitoring financial performance, providing practical help in achieving the University goals. Finance works to enable a successful and sustainable University by delivering, promoting and supporting effective financial management and information to staff, students and other stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service and resolve complex queries with minimal supervision.
2. Demonstrate close attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
3. Plan, prioritise, and organise work effectively to deliver to tight deadlines.
4. Liaise with students, staff, and external organisations to ensure a high-quality student experience.
5. Utilise good analytical and IT skills (Microsoft Office).
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must be an excellent communicator, enthusiastic, and have a pro-active approach. A good working knowledge of University administration would be advantageous.
