Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing. We are looking for an individual experienced in reactive drainage who can support the Branch Manager and Director with the day to day operations of the Franchise. This is perfect for anyone who is currently or has previously worked in domestic & commercial reactive drainage, who is looking for more of an office-based role. What does it entail? The role is a supervisory role overseeing the engineering team and the day to day running of the drainage business. You will be the ‘go to’ person for any escalations, technical issues, project plans and larger scale works. There is also an expectation that you will roll your sleeves up where needed and provide any support on-site with repairs & maintenance where needed. Full duties but not exclusive to: Provide technical guidance and support to team members Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions Planning in large scale works Processing quotations Validating CCTV surveys and producing reports Producing RAMS Producing quotations after carrying out a site visit Assist the Branch manager with organising vehicle repairs and maintenance What are we looking for?
