We are looking for an Executive and Governance Administrator who will provide exceptional administrative and strategic support to the Donmar's joint CEOs—the Artistic Director and Executive Director, ensuring their diverse priorities are effectively balanced while maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Office.
Terms: Permanent, full-time.

Job Requirements
The successful candidate will bring substantial experience supporting executive-level colleagues, strong organisational and communication skills and a deep understanding of governance and stakeholder engagement, ideally in the arts and/or charity sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to contribute to the success of a dynamic organisation and play a key role in supporting senior leadership.
Job Responsibilities
As the Executive Office Lead, Governance Administrator & Senior EA, you will manage complex diaries, plan and prioritise internal and external meetings, and oversee and develop Executive planning cycles. You will make informed judgments on behalf of the CEOs to ensure their time is spent most efficiently. You will oversee Executive Office operations and governance administration. You will lead strategic projects for the Executive Director, including conducting research, preparing papers, and managing key stakeholder communications.
You will maintain vital relationships both internally and externally, coordinate high-priority initiatives, and ensure the seamless execution of the Executive workflow in line with organisational priorities. Success in this fast-paced role requires a high level of written and spoken communication skills, and exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
