* Prepare monthly financial reports.
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
* Assist with annual budget planning and quarterly forecasts.
* Perform data analysis to support financial decisions.

* Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to optimise financial processes.
* Conduct financial audits and prepare audit findings reports.
* Provide support to other departments on financial matters.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
* Excellent numerical skills and ability to handle data confidentially.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
