We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team at a well-respected school in Macclesfield. This is an exciting opportunity to support young learners in a positive and engaging classroom environment. The role will involve assisting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons, providing one-on-one and small group support to students, and helping create a positive learning atmosphere. You will also support children with a range of learning needs and promote good behavior, ensuring students’ emotional well-being is supported. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children in an educational setting, be passionate about supporting children’s learning, and demonstrate a proactive, compassionate, and patient approach to teaching. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
