The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time, Site Sales Manager to run the Sales Office on our development at Glaven Place, Holt.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all elements of the pre and post purchase process for all customers on the development. Some key duties will include:
1. Building a rapport with the Site Team to ensure our homes are presented to the highest standard and support our comprehensive quality control processes.
2. Building relationships with customers and supporting them throughout the buying process, with clear and transparent communication.
3. Manage reservations and all aspects of sales progression, ensuring all paperwork and processes are completed accurately. Liaising confidently with Solicitors, Financial Advisors and Estate Agents to support customers in their move.
4. Working with external parties and suppliers to enhance our product, services and brand.
5. Maintain the marketing suite and show homes, ensuring they are presented to the highest standard.
Working Hours
The Site Sales Manager’s hours will be 09:00 – 17:00, Thursday through to Monday inc.
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will:
1. Require previous experience in the field of new build house sales, either directly with a housebuilder or within a specialist new homes sales department at a recognised Estate Agents.
2. Be fully competent in all aspects of the sales process, enthusiastic and possess the ability to combine strong organisation and communication skills; whilst being confident and self-motivated.
3. Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained throughout all interactions.
4. Have the ability to work independently whilst collaborating with the wider team.
5. Have their own transport and a full driving licence is essential.
What’s on Offer
1. Competitive basic salary of £30,000pa, with a generous commission structure - OTE circa £60,000
